Is a researcher focused on Tibetan nonviolent politics. He completed his doctoral research on Tibetan nonviolent politics at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi. He is currently a Visiting Researcher at the Department of Peace and Development Research (PADRIGU) at the University of Gothenburg, where he is writing a monograph on the Tibetan nonviolent movement.
